New To CrossFit
You will participate in a minimum of 3 one-on-one sessions. You and your certified coach will focus on utilizing CrossFit methodologies, bodyweight movements and light weight implements. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout too.
What to Expect
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit Thousand Lakes experience!
No prior CrossFit experience required. This is great for beginners who want to learn and progress.
